Holistic Nutrition Coaching
What makes us able.
Guiding Principles
I am not in competition with her.
I am working towards becoming my best self.
I champion her and she champions me.
I am able, she is able, we are able.
Our Philosophy / The Able Way
Sustainable
Able means ‘to be fit for’ — to be fit for what? By identifying your ‘why,’ the deep-seated drive behind your decision for change, you move from a health phase to a carried-out core value. Through 1-to-1 nutrition counseling, group coaching programs, and ongoing support, women are able to improve their relationships with food, diet culture, and self-image to experience sustained positive transformations.
Knowledgeable
There is tons of information available on the internet on health, wellness, nutrition, and beyond. Unfortunately, it leaves most of us in more confusion than clarity. Able empowers women with sound learning through personalized education and group workshops hosted by licensed health professionals. We believe understanding is a major motivator to change!
Accountable
The missing link for follow-through is accountability. We start out with the best of intentions and wind up paused somewhere along the journey as a result of walking it alone. Able provides a partnership-centered platform for women to unify around their health goals together. Whatever those goals may be for you, we’re here to help, support, and encourage you onward!
A Note From Our Founder
Hi, my name is Grace.
I’m a vision-driven, organized, planner-type, and an advocate for entrepreneurship, family health, and hunger-relief.
One of the greatest joys of my life is making memories around a table with delicious food, rich friendship, and belly laughter — the kind that makes you cry.
Why Able
As a Registered Dietitian with a background in public health, I’ve counseled hundreds of families on their health journeys. What I’ve found along the way is that many many women feel overwhelmed and discouraged about health concepts such as nutrition, breastfeeding, and exercise.
This revelation has only been amplified by the internet and social media. Constant streams of mixed messaging make us feel confused, sidelined by comparison, and held back from a life of whole health.
Therein lies the reason I started Able — to empower women to be healthy and whole so that they are able to live their life’s purpose to the fullest, without restraint.
As a health professional, I provide women with a framework to build sustainable health habits, apply evidence-based knowledge, and cultivate accountability through relationship.
Accountability is often the missing link between desire and reality. I count it an honor to walk with you from here to there.
