Do you take insurance?
Able Health & Wholeness does not currently accept insurance. If approved by your doctor and insurance, HSA may be applied.
Some insurance plans will cover Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for Diabetes or Kidney disease. If you are interested in nutrition services that are covered by insurance, we recommend speaking with your Physician about outpatient services that may be available through a local hospital outpatient program.
