Able Health & Wholeness, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), oversees this website, including the services underlying the site and the content appearing herein, http://www.ableliving.co/ (collectively, the “Site”) and the Able Body, Able Body + Mind, Able Body + Mind + Spirit program(s) and any future Able Health & Wholeness programs (collectively, our “Services”). For purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “affiliates” shall mean any entity or person, directly or indirectly, owning a controlling interest in, owned by, or under common ownership control with, Able Health & Wholeness, including, without limitation, its subsidiaries.These Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) are applicable to you (“User,” “you,” or “your”). The terms contained herein apply to all Users of this Site.
Read these Terms of Use carefully before you begin using this Site and Services. By entering, accessing, browsing, submitting information to, or otherwise using the site, it’s services and the content available, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
